When I go to Tools -> Internet Options the "home Page" task is grayed put and can't edit it ?

Where in the registry can I enable the homepage task to be edited ?!?!?

    P.S.

When I double-click on a *.reg file to add something to the registry an error message pops up and says: "Registry editing has been dissabled by your administrator"

WTF I am the administrator.how can I enable registry editing !

I'm sure this is some spyware shit.I run Ad-Aware and it found lot's of stuff in my cookies folder

    DAMN SPYWARE
