Hey guys, I have this contact on my list and it is always blocked. I unblock it, sign out and sign back in and it is blocked again. I tried removing the contact and adding it again but it didn't work. Any suggestions??

Try emailing microsoft (hotmail) about it...I've read a few links after searching google, seems like no one has been able to fix this problem.

tried from diffrent comps/reinstalling?
i tried it at my friend's computer and it was also blocked.
