Slow Speed When Surfing The Net

Hi whenever I download something and I go on the internet and go to websites, pages usually open up slow and whenever I dont download(in ABC) or I close ABC in my ctrl+alt+delete thing(I think its my task bar?) the pages open up much faster...what is the problem here?

Try to limit your upload speed in ABC as it sounds like its hogging youre bandwidth/speed.
Try setting it to about 80% of youre upload limit.

Use Netlimiter to cap your Bt
client at like 70% of available bandwidth,leaving bandwidth for your browser.....you can then set your Bt client to unlimited
