Which 'JPEG Image Optimizer Cruncher' program would you recommend??

I have been using Spinwaves JPEGCruncher Pro v2.0.6 for some time now and was wanting to test a new 'stand-alone' app.

I'm not sure what exactly a 'JPEG Image Optimizer Cruncher' quite does but here is nifty program that may be similar to what your inquiring.

right clik on file (or files) goto Convert
then convert it to whatever you want or the same type - settings lower quality of conversion etc
