I Am Feeling Very Proud

yesterday was the first day that I can recall in a long time that I gave myself a break from bad stuff. The only bad thing I did all day was 1 cigarette. I didn't have any alcohol or any other drugs, and this is the most bizarre bit................. I was in bed before midnight !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know how long this health trip will last but at the moment I am giving myself a big round of applause for yesterday's efforts

tonight will be a big test though as I am going out and there will be alcohol and cigarette machines and peer pressure
