Bad Ip Thing On K Lite

does this "bad ip updateer" other that update the bad ips, actually block the ips or do we need to download a different program for doing that?

it hink they block the ips, u dont needa download nothin else

It blocks them, but...
Depends on what version of k-lite you're using...
If it's 2.4.3, you'll need to download the ips blocklist manually since they're not updated anymore since Dec. the 15th.

I don't know about the other (post-K++) versions, since I don't use them.
