Dungeon Siege Toolkit's Dsmod Cd Missing.

I downloaded Dungeon Siege and got the Dungeon Siege Tookit to use Dsmod.
I have a nocd .exe for the Dungeon Siege main executable and the game runs fine without the cd, but when I try to run dsmod it asks for the Dungeon Siege cd...even though it's running the very same .exe! Is there a way to scan and remove the cd protection on the dsmod.exe file. I think it contains both Safedisk and/or CD Checks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

btw: already tried running daemon tools useing each different cdcopy emulation and finally all at once, but all 5 methods failed and the dsmod.exe version of the game running asks for the Disk 1. Wtf!
