What's The Name Of It?

I got my first computer about 6 or 7 years ago, which I bought from a friend. Anyway, they had left their programs and stuff on it. One of the programs was a Publishing program that you could print out stuff like butterflies and ladybugs around the borders. I would like to find and download the program and back it up on cd but I'm not sure what the program is exactly called. I think it was Microsoft Publishing or Microsoft Publisher. Does anyone remember it or used it, and know if it still exists? Thanks for any help.
