Championship Manager 0304

Hey guys,

I recently downloaded the crack Championship Manager 2003/2004 v4.1.5+ [ENGLISH] No-CD/CD-Image from gamecopyworld. There is a problem though. I foolishly tried to use isobuster and extract it to the CM0304 directory to see if that worked. It didn't. I tried to delete the file and it gives me "Access is denied. It is being used by another person or process". It isn't though cos theres nothin' usin it in task manager and ive restarted EIGHT (8) times and its still giving me that. Whats the problem?

I am running windows xp pro if that helps.
