ok on the first level are u not supposed to hear anything but backround sounds? cause i hear no footsteps no weapon sounds, or when u kick open a door, all i hear is the monsters and the prison geuareds when they talk

is it fucked up?

Yes. There should be sound in all the levels, including the first one.

Well, then I can give you only the usual answers:

*Update driver of your soundcard
*Check if your soundcard is compatible with the game
*Check if patches are avaible for the game

The game has sounds in the first level.I hear footsteps and everything.My PC hardware isn&#39;t even that good but the game runs fine (Pentium 4 ; 1.8 GHz, GeForce MX/MX 400 64 MB, 256 RDRAM & Creative SoundBlaster Audio PCI 128)
