Ip Updater

I have Clean KMD 2.4.4
When i try to update the Bad IPs, it says there is none available. but the last update i got was December 2003. Im pretty sure there have been updates since then. Whats goign on?

Also, Is it bad to run Kazaa with the blocked IPs AND peerguardian at the same time? does it gieve you extra protection, or does it create holes?

then unzip and copy everything to your kmd folder so it replaces the old bad ip updater
