Back Problems!

ive been almost crippled for a week now it's even hard to type the up cuz im kinda hunched over ive been taking some real strong pain killer that make me disoreanted dizzy and tired , even been smoking cheba more for the pain !

feels like my back on fire right now!rrrrrrrr

I can sypathize, I fucked my back up when I was 16, have back ache every day, some days not too bad, some days it kills me, something you learn to live with.
Hope yours gets sorted and you have no reprocussions

My back hurt yesterday... but that was probably because I was jumping about like a maniac on one of those dance mat games.

I had a sore back for years after epidural, finally after 12 years it's not too bad.

jonno i hurt it at work ,dont know which job cuz i have 2 the i have to lift a lot of stuff for and it dont help coming home and working on the cpu with a kinda uncomfortable chair cuz im to busy to buy a new 1

i had my 2 sons walk on my back the other day felt great ,to bad it's 6 in the morn make them do it now! lol

Bet you a tenner thats the reason, I used to have a shite chair and was always in pain, got a new one and I have been a lot better
Get a new chair, a good one with a back support

oooo i will cuz i think it's that too! , i jus switched my chair with another and my lower back feels a lil better


but i feel the drugs kicking in so good night fo now be back when thay wear off
