    This is my setup:

    Chieftec - Dragon
    Power Supply:ENERMAX Noisetaker
    Processor:AMD Athlon XP 2500+
    Mobo:ABIT "NF7-S" nForce2 Chipset Motherboard
    Corsair XMS Extreme 512
    Hard Drive:Seagate 120GB 7200RPM
Graphics Card:SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 9800 PRO
    Cd-Rom(CDR/CDRW): Lite-On Black 52X32X52
    Floppy Drive:SONY Black 1.44MB 3.5inch Floppy

Do you think these four fans running at 27 CFM will provide adequate cooling?
    Thanks.

it will me more than enough

    ive got:

    AMD 2600+
    512 MB RAM
    200GB HDD
    9200 SE VIDEO Card

now im running 4 fans......... the one controlled by my mobo is running under 600 RPM!!!!!

2 of them are running @ 7 volt (one of which is nearly totally blocked cause of wrong intake placement i just noticed yesterday)

i could prolly do with just 1 fan

if you havent bought them yet, dont do it, get 1, see what your temps are and you can allways ad more

So far I only got two so I can use one as my HD/Intake fan and one as an exhuast fan.

It's all about temps, not the number of fans anyway, if your temps are good, it's cool.

4 case fans could even be overkill (noisy).

I have a 2500+ overclocked to 3200+ speeds with only 2x80mm exhaust fans. No intake. Also the 2 fans I have are spinning at about 1500 RPM which is way slower than most 80mm fans. (Antec Case)

Temps stay under 50˚C under continuous load (folding@home for months now).

    volt mod them then.

    I have 2 intakes, 2 exhausts.

I could probably take out one intake and one exhaust and it would still be just as cool, but the fans have LEDs in them so im keeping them.

edit: and forgot to say, all my fans (except the cpu fan which is now also an 80mm ) are volt modded to 7v. B)
    Pretty quiet now
