Has anyone tried the 'dildo dodo' mission where you have to fly the plane through the checkpoints?

I can't get the plane off the ground What do you press to take off?

Hit the gass, pull up

You use the "lean back" button + accelerate, IIRC.

Options -> Control configuration (?) -> set keys (?)

(don't know the exact words, you really can't miss)

I believe it's either 2 or 8 on the numpad by default.
