That's one patient or stuffed cat.
At least they didn't cut it's tail of, or carve in it's ears, like they do in certain parts in the world with some dog-breeds. That ought to be something that merits torture, in my book.

While I understand why you would want to kill that asswipe J'Pol you know in your heart of hearts it would be wrong.....I've got a more acceptable idea ...lets neuter him.
