I have had to limit the amount of uploads I have gt going at once. So what aobut all the other people who find I have files but cant get at them. Do they simply get cancelled or are they remotely Queued?

They will never get cancelled, they will just see a Remotely Queued status, or start getting the file from other sources.

    OR see needs more sources!

The invisible upload queue from what I recall is only about 10-50 requests/people long -- beyond that, they'll get need more sources.
