    I saw a link on the forum called "Proxies".I did not know what it was,so i looked it up.After looking around i installed a prog to use proxies.Not knowing how to use it i just hit buttons and hit random letters then i tryd to run IE it did not work After a full day of looking around my computer,i found "system restore"on my comp.Changed the settings and here i am
