Ok lets hear some suggestions to solve my problem with can't overclocking to the big 3200+ software and hardware.

When i attempt to oc to 3200+ and boot up windows i get this error
    ntoskrnl.exe is corrupt or missing.

The asus a7n8x-e bios is confusing all these memory and cpu stuff combined.

    Would upgrading the bios help?

This is usually a sign that you need to increase Vcore, although it could be a memory problem if you are not running it at the correct speed.

Make sure you've got the latest bios (version 1011), some memory timing issues are resolved.
Check your calculated memory speed, it should be 200MHz.
Allow the bios to calculate the timings, then change it to user defined and slacken each one off by one cycle. It probably won't make any difference, but it is worth a try.

If none of those work, you've got to raise vcore, I believe mine is 1.75 volts.

most cases, even expensive ones, come with teh little fan grill holes best to cut them out then if u see any fan grills some time buy them\steal them whatever.

that's a high temp...maybe u should get some arctic silver 5 or something.

have you removed your heatsink since the first time it was put on?

mine worked out so that the holes were just wide anough to use wire cuttres to cut it.
the wire cutters don't fit in the holes, but at the edge of it it's JUST able to cut it.
try yours if u have any.

a regular drill works, but the result looks very very shitty.
    u have NO power tools?
