@bronco. ---- Well someone else is complaining. Me.
Signatures will be restricted in size and content. Signatures may not excede a 495x150 pixel area, this includes all images and text used. The total file size for all images contained in a signature may not excede 100,000 bytes.
Please check that the size of your avatar image and your signature images are under 100 KB ( Together ) !
Vertical hight limit is 150 pixels. Yours is 190.
Total filesize limit is 100,000 bytes. Yours is 215,307 (total images together).

Sorry, I didn't notice it with DSL. Actually size is not a problem here. I still got 40GB left on the PC.
Aw c'mon. That little cup picture is about the average size of many girlie 'pin-up' photos on the internet. Nobody complains about that.

@Brockster
have you ever tried to use a proxy server ? Don't your provider provide one for it's users ?
Or try one of these free proxy servers: http://bismark.caltanet.it/proxylist/
Maybe you find so a faster way to access our forum.

@bronco,
Right click on your animated picture and choose 'properties'. Look at the 'Size:' 267,291 bytes.
The rules state a maximum of 100,000 bytes for all your pictures combined.

When i click right >properties it does NOT give size in bytes just pixal size.
