Ok here you go
1st download a Bittorent Client so u can start downloads with it then ull go to suprnova.org and find what u want and click on it then ull get a torrent file open it and its will ask where to save the file, save it anywhere u want and ur download will start next time if u want to resume it just open the torrent file again and save it where u had saved it before then the download will continue.

And I went to that one link to download bittorent but nothing popped up. It just says on the web page download in progress. It was the first link that bawa@Klite_user gave me.

it should start fast, if it didnt then search it by urself on download.com just type bittorrnt and ull get few clients
