I used to be, I'd be on here all day and all night and sleep for 4 hours when my insomnia was bad and I was drinking a lot. But I've got loads better over the last few weeks, now I sometimes go all weekend without logging-on. But I can only do that if I stay out of the house. And even when I don't come on here for a while I still wonder what I'm missing.

I retrospect yeah I do have a problem

im addicted at the mo but thats only cos everyone on my msn list has gone on holiday leaving me with very few to talk to so this is where i chat instead
