Right then a board of nails is easy to make, but hard to conceal. You could attach a few drawing pins strategically on a smallish piece of wood, hide it in your pocket with blu tack attched to it so as not to injure yourself. Then systematically take off the pieces of blue tac while she cuts your hair(if theres any left), then (if she hasnt seen you), take the piece of wood and slap her across the face.
