Breaking Up A Mp3 Into Tracks

basically ive downloaded some albums which are all in one track just wondering if i could break them up?

They dont have ALBW or albumwrap in the title did they?
In which case you need albumwrap extractor from here. Using this app will split the file into the separate tracks.

Edit: Vargas basically said the same thing but I did'nt read his post properly.
