Currently I use the latest version of ZoomPlayer since it opens WAY faster than windows media player, but cannot figure out how to generate playlist files with the software. Either I want to know how to make a playlist file that I can open to already have Zoomplayer open with my customized playlist of videos already there as well.. or another program that uses Low Resources and has the function.

    Any ideas?

Windows Media player has a good playlist generater that allows you to automaticly have a bunch of videos at once in a list, but uses TOO MANY RESOURCES.
