    Nero 6 - for general CD and DVD burning

    DVD Shrink 3.2 (freeware) - for copying retail DVD's

    and maybe 'DVD Decrypter' (freeware) - for ripping retail DVD's (if DVD Shrink can't cope with the protection)

    i usually have trouble with nero so i use roxio.

    yea because you have both installed, they don't play nice together
    nero is the better program un-install roxio ez crappier and try again, you won't go back

    I would say nero's probably just about what every1 uses these days for everyday copying needs.
