I update my BIOS from 1005 to 1007 (ASUS P4T Motherboard - 840 chipset ; 423 socket).While updating the BIOS it failed to verify the BIOS.After restarting the PC it could not boot up.
How can I fix it ??

If you saved your old bios, you can still restore it. By clearing the cmos via the jumpers ,then flash with old bios.
