    I just got my case today and it came with a 350 watt powersupply i hooked up a 80mm fan to it and turned it on and nothing happend. Im wondering if you need to have the mobo and such hooked up for the power supply to run or something caz its not doing a thing

    I know I have to get a new one to overclock with but i wanted to use this one untill then because im low on cash

    Yes, the ATX power supplies are controlled by the motherboard.
