mine wasn't .rar...it was .wma.
and rar u open with winrar to extract the file within.
wma plays in windows media player, or any other player.

The reason its not wma now is because I got a free host and they don't accept anything but rar and zip files. As said above, all you have to do to view the video is get winrar and extract it.
