^ I have 6 usb slots in the back and I need some more usb slots, but I want them in the front, so I wanted to buy one of these things. Does this support usb 2.0 and usb 1.1?

Which ones do you recommend? Something cheap under 10 bucks on pricewatch

    that one is only usb1.1.

on pricewatch.com search for "usb 2.0 hub" and on top the second page is one that looks fine although it's $6 over your price.

    - Compatible with Universal Serial Bus Rev. USB 1.1 and 2.0

Standard - Universal Serial Bus Standard v1.1

It says compatible with USB 1.1 and 2.0 but that it uses the USB 1.1 standard.

I'm not sure that it really works at 2.0 speeds. Check that before buying.

Those specs are full of little traps like that. Always be on the lookout for it. Check things thoroughly before buying to be sure you get what you want.
