Can someone tell me why when i have split a video into 3 cuts there like 200 mbs each and when i put it in svcd in nero it moves it up to like 550mb and then i wait 1 hour and it tells me its not able to fit on a Cd someone tell me why all my empty Cd's are 80 mins long able to fit 700 mbs i dont understand why it does that.

cause nero reencodes the files to SVCD......... and they take up more space in that form (btw, you can fit over 700 MB of SVCD on a disk, this is because of the way the data is put on there)
