    lol,

I quit last night but I ate a balti curry with samosas and mint sauce. This was followed by an ice cold coke and my wife roasting for a cig.........

Maybe I'll quit next week....the devil tells me it's better to smoke and die around the age of 60 than to live to the crusty age of 85+ (the red, horned bastard).

It's difficult to quit cigs and beer when you get to a certain age. I know my hedonistic life style has shortened my life considerably!

The only way you can quit smoking is to look at your future and see where you'll be without cancer sticks in your mouth. My dad is a compulsive smoker and has only a few weeks left before his cancer gets the better of him

    Guillaume, good move m8

Making any major change in ones lifestyle is very hard. Hope you have someone to keep your resolve.

I am personally setting a goal for myself and the last 2 weeks have been very hard.

Don't mean to be rude but who the hell is Guillaume anyway? Name does not ring a bell.

Is he Gurhal (sp?)- he has his avatar
