No online or hd support. Besides that... just the looks. It should be easier to play burned games too, like having a built in flip top.

Have you guys seen the video where the guy is trying to take the xbox apart? He had to hack the crap out of it and he was hardly doing any damage.
And then the guy who actually shot it and i think the bullet bounced off and almost hit a kid.
