Is this copy of Windows legal?

I just noticed this in the "Help" tab of the toolbar. I bet if alot of you would have a problem with that. Hehe.

I get a button that says "validate" but im too lazy to go to the site in itnernet explorer for it to work (in firefox it says internet explorer 5.0 and higher required).
