I really like Inuyasha, but it wasn't on Saturday. I'm sure what CN ran was pretty good, but I wanted to see Inuyasha.
I also liked Ronin Warriors, Tekken: The Motion Picture, Wolf's Rain, Ghost In The Shell, Witch Hunter Robin, and Vampire Hunter D.

mike45450 is right, Champloo is really awesome, friends of mine who don't like anime dig that series.

Full Metal Alchemist(also loved it)
Wolf's Rain(classic)
Scryed(so so)
Samurai Deeper Kyo(decent)
Bleach(it's new so not complete but pretty coll thus far)
Gungrave(didn't love it but liked it enough, worth the download if you like anime)
