Can you re-encode divx again with a different codec because i`ve just got the directers cut of donnie darko and it`s been encoded with the qpel codec which my stand alone divx player does`nt like for some reason.

As there are no firmware updates for the medion player yet the only thing i can do is try to re-encode it so i can play it on my player. And also what is the most common codec that most divx`s are encoded with.

    Thanks in advance.

Does dr divx come bundled with its own codecs because i don`t want to encode it again with same qpel codec.
