    Unsure

Hi everyone, i put an ISO file (Movie) into windows xp cd burner pro, and burnt a disk but all that i can see is an MKV file, so i went and downed the MATROSKA Pack, but i don't know what i should do next? i've tried to play the disk in varios players ...VLAN...REAL...MEDIA PLAYER, but none will play it. am i doing something wrong? any help at all appreciated

'the core media player'(TCMP) plays them as should bsplayer (badly) and media player classic, but you may need other codecs as mkv is a packaging method rather than a codec (i think). But if you've installled one of the codec packs from this site already then you should have all the codecs you need.
if TCMP doesn't work i think its videotoolbox that can check for needed codecs in mkv files

i've tried to burn it in NERO, and it does all it should (red light etc.) but all i get at the end is a BLANK disc. before anybody asks, i have tried with "3" other BIN/CUE files also, surely they can't all be bad?
