Treehouse Of Horror has started off every season for the last 5 years (including this season).

i have no idea why people keep saying Simpson's isn't as good as it used to be I reckon its better its become a More adult show now first few season remember it was known as a kids show where Bart was the star homer then become the star and now FOX don't have to deal with as much censorship like the early 90s

They changed the humour as well. It used to be much more observational humour now it's much more slapstick and bizarre humour. It peaked quite a few seasons ago though, and now a lot of people seem to be getting tired of it all.

Won't be long before they have their 'jump the shark' moment.

they have been doing that stuff for years since near the beginning.

I have the DVDs with the directory commentary season 3 and they explain how they get ideas from bits and pieces and put them together.

I mean have a look at a early episode bart going to se spinal tap turn out to be a OTO not being a bus driver.

I still like the simpsons... It will take alot more the 16 seasons for me to stop liking the simpsons unless they get really stupid really fast but they havent got to that point for me yet...
