Well, didn't do well. The install recognized my AVG6 Free edtion and uninstalled it and installed AVG7. After that countless attempts to restart XP home again and again. After a while I deinstalled AVG7 and XP started up as it should. Installed AVG7 fresh and the problems began again.
So deinstalled AVG7 and now running Antivir instead. This wasn't suppose to happen!
Anyone with the same or an other problem?

On AVG site there are 2 pdf help files. 1 is how to install AVG7 free & the other is how to configure 3or4 different firewalls with it.

Thnx. Will take a look at them. On the forum at Grisoft the problem is also known. Could be either a problem with USB devices or Burning progs.

Edit: Well, the PDF files only tell you how to install and/or how to make your firewall recognize AVG as the prime Virusscanner.
