I believe its one of the fans... when i open my computer it starts to buzz... i restart it a few time and this problem disappears... happens every day... any ideas?
I cleaned two of the fans on the tower and it still buzzes...

If it's a fan as you say. Fans do go bad, especially cheapos. Also the could be dirty & or need oiling (don't oil unless you're sure how).

replace them...they're cheap and easy to install.

Case fans can be taken from old PCs. You could even find one in the trash. Go hunting.
