Quite the reverse, I had assumed her to be anything but an accountant. Given that she puts up with you she must be another Saint walking amongst us, like Mrs JP. That being the case the last thing I would take her to be would be an accountant.

In my minds eye she is involved in the legal world. Not much better, given, however I would not insult her with the accountancy tag.

I cannot begin to think what you meant originally but you're quite correct in that, to our shared regret, she isn't blessed with the much coveted accountant tag. We manage tho'

Our careers are quite separate, JP. She has a proper job running a small dept in a large firm some miles distant of here while I'm merely practicing locally. This is why I have the baby. I really don't mind either, truth be known
