Need Help Watching A Movie

I just recently downloaded a movie and the movie is in a LOT of WinRare files and a few R30 R31 R32 and one SFV file. How do I combine them all with winrare?

I you`ve already extracted all the .rar files right click on the first .rar and extract in and it will join them all up in to your film,but remember to chose the location you extract in to.

But how do I know which is the first one. The file names are all the same. For example fra-sof.cd-1 and the one after that is the same and so on.

That would be the first .rar file.Is the fra-sof.cd-1 a folder.????

If so click on the folder and the right click on the first .rar file and extract here.I think the first .rar file ends in .001 or 01 but`s it`s usually the first one right at the beginning.

It doesn't have .001 or 01. fra-sof.cd-1 is the name of all the files

edit: how do I turn that bin file into a avi or mepg file?
