No, im no using a firewall for a number of reasons. I have enough trouble connecting to people with my internet already and im not fucking around with anything that will mess it up.

a firewall just may help you resolve some of those issues about connecting
because YOU tell IT what connects and what dont
it helps connections by keeping alot of windows shit from accessing bw,
or auto-updating warez from using bw,
they alert you when unauthorised apps try to connect,
usin teh net w/o a firewall....
its like bangin a two dollar whore w/o a condom IMO

actually there is a similar prog called netpeeker that does the same as netlimiter but it also can block progs access to/from your pc , but as stated above its easier and safer just to get sygate and install it as its hassle free and easy to configure
