I opened the original images that I'd saved, in Photoshop CS. Used the lasso tool to select what I wanted, cut it, open a new window thats transparent, and paste the image. Saved them as a .psd. Opened them in Icon Workshop and created the icon, chose the size, etc. The DVDShrink icon worked best as a .png and the star as an .ico.Originally Posted by rossco_2004

Heh...That was easy. I finally figured out why my fishies weren't coming up when I would start my pc. I created a shortcut and placed it in the 'startup' folder under the programs listing. Simple.
