Looking for a TGA to JPG converter

i'm looking for a tga to jpg converter. i googled for one and didn't really find that good of one. the best one i found was one called, "Convert Shots". it does the job, but all files are upside down. maybe i did something wrong, but don't think so. no options in the prog to fix that either. i had to manually edit thru paint to revert. gay. someone has a free converter to recommend? thx.
