closed captioning is for losers, bah i says bah.
Jeff Loomis: He's so good, he doesn't need to be dead to have a tribute.
I use subtitles (closed captioning if nothing else is available).
As my native language is not english, I find it easier to get the point of a conversation with subtitles when the actors is mumbling some unrecognizable words (learn to speak clean damnit).
Mind you, I understand the english beeing spoken in most cases (henche I often use english subtitles), it's just hard identifying what they're actually trying to pronounce in some cases.
No But I Need It For Games. I Dont Know Why But No Matter How High The Volume Is I Can Never Make Out What People Are Saying.
Just a guess, but it might be due to no lip sync in games.Originally Posted by TheDave

if it did then i'd probly use it for at night when everyone is asleep so that i can know what they're saying lol.
go down to radioshack and grab some headphones
(well my tv has a headphone jack)
Ohh noo!!! I make dribbles!!!
I can hear just fine.
Using CC is like subtitles for foreign films. I hate subtitles.
