    I have a big, strange lump on my neck that is a little painful. What do you think it is?

    Anything to do with your ear should be seen to as soon as reasonably possible. Lumps are in general a sign of infection.

    I had a lump there once, it turned out to be a gland. I had one on the other side like back to front wrongwards horns too

    The Mastoid bone which is that boney lump just behind your ear gives an indication to all sorts of infections concerning your ear. Get it seen to or I will tell your dad.
