noises from my tower

noises are coming form my tower, they varie from high pitched to almost silent and change in frequency, changing my monitor refresh rate does nothing, its not my speakers and this only started happening, is my cpu ready to go? it seems when I open big gaming programs it gets worse

edit: also when I move the tower around it goes away for awhile then comes back

Most likely your power supply.

Mine did that, then a few days later a blue flash came out of my computer (my new one), then it died...

Put my old 350 in there, and it worked again lol...

I put a tape under it to straigthen up the tower and it tok the noise out it for 30 mins but it came back in gradually but its alot fainter and more high pitched but its bearable

I find that hard to believe.
Normally, changing the refresh rate will solve almost any issue-from corrupted Windows files to poor OCing results, the ole "change the refresh rate" trick has always worked for me.

Seriously dude...it's a fan.
Prolly the PSU, but possibly the northbridge (if your board HAS one).

I love the refresh rate concept though....gonna lay that one on a customer ASAP.
