Adobe Premiere Pro's editing preview screen has laggy/choppy video making it difficult to time things percise on a music video I'm working on. Even after rendering the footage for preview.. it still continues to lag. How do I solve this?

    uninstall K-lite codec pack?

Try right clicking the Preview Monitor and selecting Draft Quality.
