    i have a lab report due tommorow, and i can barley keep my eyes open, i was on a feild trip all day, the bus left at 5:30 am. ive been working on it for hours and now ive come down to the questions. i cant remember how to do them because ive missed alot of class because of sport teams. i need this mark because ibe been going down in my course and i need to kepp it above 70
    %

    *just imagine the big numbers as small ones and not something else. for some reason the font button wont work with Mozilla. So where you see a 2 or a 3. just imagine it as a small number. people who have done this will know what im talking about

    Write the preidicted formula and balence where needed.

    Here are the questions.
    Synthesis
    Cu+O2->(blank)
    Mg+O2->(Blank)

    Decomposition
    CuCO3->CO2+(blank)

    Single Displacement

    Zn+HCl-> H2+(blank)
    Zn+CuSO4->Cu+(blank)

    Double Displacement

    Pb(NO3)2+ KI->KNO3+(blank)

    Na2CO3+HCl-> H2O+CO2+(Blank)

    i know i should be doing this myself but i dont have the time. i still have shitloads to do and my friends are all out at some rec center thing 2nite.

    i will owe anyone who does this a HUGE favor. thanks

    Oh christ, it's been years since I did chemistry. Give me a few minutes and I'll figure it out.

    EDIT: Did I say years? Like 15?

    The first formula is Cu2O to balance it, you would have to do:

    4Cu + O2 = 2Cu2O

    Second one is

    MgO to balance:

    2Mg + O2 = 2MgO

    Working on the rest - I haven't used this part of my brain in way too long.

    You could at least go through each equation and suggest what you think are the correct answers...(e.g. for the first one you could say the RHS should be Cu2O and that it's already balanced...)

    I'm not positive on these so if I'm wrong, please someone tell me.
