How do I copy a background image to make it show up behind the person in the pic.... sorta like doing a CD cover???
1. Cut out around person you want to paste on backdrop with the lasso tool, ctrl+C them into your clipboard.
1. Open up backdrop
2. Paste the person onto the backdrop, and adjust position.
IS THIS WHAT YOU MEAN??

If the contrast between the person and the background he's on is big enough, you're better off with the magic eraser.
Saves you a lot of time and trouble.
The edge around the person will be cleaner too that way.
Or you could just feather the selection, but yeap whatever you want. Rock out.
EDIT: Feliz, that is some pretty dirty water you are in.
